Job Description:

We are augmenting our HR Team and looking for a well-experienced core Recruiter with expertise in both Technical as well as non-technical Recruitments. He/she will be responsible for end to end Recruitment process/cycle which starts from identifying & searching for the right candidate, screening profiles, interview coordination & collaborating with hiring managers to set realistic requirements and bring it to an end closure.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborates with hiring managers to understand the needs and roles to be filled.
  • Create an initial level of a Job description for vacancies to be reviewed with the respective hiring Manager.
  • Identifies the most effective methods for recruiting and attracting candidates.
  • Draft recruitment advertisements; posts and/or places ads in the most effective digital and/or print media for open positions.
  • Identifies appropriate candidates and assesses their qualifications through a review of their resumes, interviews, and other forms of communication.
  • Connects qualified candidates with hiring managers.
  • Maintain TAT of the Recruitment Process.
  • Maintain Candidate’s pool of database for future references.
  • Maintains contact with candidates to keep them apprised of the status of their applications.
  • Vets potential candidates with minimum Rejections
  • Initial salary negotiations with candidates at a certain stage and re assess once a candidate is Selected by the Hiring Manager.
  • For Headhunting & Mapping if required for specific roles.
  • Walk In & Weekend Drives & campus recruitment coordination.
  • Maintain check & timely followups with offered candidates till they join the Organization
  • Follow up on the Final status of any Position and timely escalate on any dropouts
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.

Skills / Abilities:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, Mails drafts, etc.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Thorough understanding of technology, technical roles, and technical skills like Backend, Frontend, Testing, Full stack, Project, Analyst, Delivery, IT Infra, etc.
  • Thorough understanding of Non-Technical hiring for Sales (like institutional & channel Sales).
  • Thorough understanding of recruiting methods and best practices.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office / MS Excel or related software.
  • Must have Searching Portal experience like Naukri, and LinkedIn and must have acted on social sites LinkedIn / other searching tools.

Education Qualification:

  • Bachelor’s degree in related technical and/or human resources field required.
  • At least two years of related recruiting experience required, with prior experience in technical roles a plus.
